Sumyeong Jang is a finance professional with over 30 years of experience in finance, accounting, and business management. He has consistently led organizations in strengthening financial stability and improving operational efficiency.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from Kyungnam University, a master’s degree in Business Administration from the same institution, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Daejeon University, combining strong academic foundations with extensive practical experience.

He began his career in accounting at Dong Ah Construction Industrial. and later led finance management teams at WiWorld and Satrec Initiative, where he oversaw financial strategy, cost management, treasury operations, and organizational management for nearly two decades. In particular, during his tenure at Satrec Initiative, he played a key role in ensuring both financial stability and operational efficiency throughout the company’s growth phase.

He subsequently served as Director of Corporate Strategy and Executive Director of Management Support at SI Analytics(SIA), where he expanded his role beyond finance to support company-wide strategic decision-making. His responsibilities included organizational management, business operations, and the establishment of internal control systems.

He also holds certifications as a QMS Internal Auditor, M&A Advisor, and Cost Management Consultant, demonstrating expertise not only in financial management but also in mergers and acquisitions, cost innovation, and overall business efficiency.

At Perigee Aerospace, he serves as a leader overseeing finance and business operations, leveraging his extensive experience and academic background to support financial strategy and executive decision-making across the organization.
